After selecting the "Update Action" link, the recipient will be directed to the Corrective Action Response page in their web browser.
The page will display details about the violation, including:
Category and recommendation
Notes (if applicable)
Photos (if attached by the inspector)
If the recipient believes the corrective action should be assigned to another party, they can:
Forward the email to the correct person.
Contact the original inspector to request a reassignment.
To enter a response, scroll down to the "Corrective Action Response" text field.
⚠️ Important: This guide applies only to the Inspections App in Safety Reports. The steps and features described do not apply to other apps, including:
Forms App, JSA App, Observations App, Incident App, Incidents App, Safety Scan App, Training App.
