On the Corrective Action Response Page, users can take the following steps:
Enter the corrective action response in the provided text field.
Select one of the following options:
Action Taken/Complete – The corrective action has been completed.
Action Requested/Planned – The corrective action is scheduled or pending.
Enter the responder’s name in the required field.
Attach supporting documentation (optional):
Upload a photo or PDF as proof of corrective action (e.g., remediation photos, purchase orders for necessary parts, etc.).
Optional: Notify the inspector/contact person
Check the "Email this Update" box to send the response to the inspector or designated contact.
If this box is left unchecked, the system will still log the update in the database but will not send an email notification.
Click "Submit Updates" to finalize the response.
Once submitted, no further action is required. The corrective action is recorded in the system, ensuring compliance and tracking for future reference.
