Corrective Action Tracking (CAT) Response - General

The Safety-Reports Inspection App streamlines workplace safety management by sending Corrective Action notification emails to designated report recipients. These notifications are automatically triggered when Corrective Action Tracking (CAT) is activated.

Who Can Respond?
Recipients do not need a subscription to respond to CAT notifications. However, they may need guidance on how to take appropriate action. These instructions can be shared with Supervisors, Superintendents, Subcontractors, or any personnel responsible for addressing safety deficiencies:
