The Corrective Action Tracking Report provides a comprehensive view of all corrective actions issued from negative observations in inspections over a specified timeframe (defaulting to the last 12 months). This report includes all corrective actions, whether assigned to responsible parties or not, offering a detailed record of safety and compliance efforts.

Report Structure

The report is presented as a spreadsheet where each individual corrective action is listed along with inspection details. Key data points include:

  • Inspection details (repeated for each corrective action within that inspection)

  • Inspector and inspection notes

  • Inspection item for which the corrective action was issued

  • Company and responsible party (if assigned)

  • Date of corrective action assignment

  • Number of days open

  • Severity level

  • Actions taken

  • Status (color-coded: Green = Closed, Yellow = Pending, Red = Open)

  • Link to manage the corrective action

To refine the report for specific use cases, users can apply the following filters:

  • Date Range

  • User (Inspector)

  • Checklist

  • Company

  • Group

  • Inspection Name

  • Contact Name

  • General Contractor

  • Division

  • Location

  • Responsible Party
