The Responsible Party Summary Report provides an overview of corrective actions assigned to individual responsible parties—such as employees or subcontractors—during inspections over a specified time period (defaulting to the last 12 months). The report helps track safety violations and discrepancies, referred to as violations, and measures how frequently corrective actions are required for each responsible party.
The report is structured as a table, with:
Responsible parties listed in the leftmost column
The number of inspections where corrective actions were assigned
The total number of violations assessed
A violation rate, which calculates the average number of corrective actions per inspection
Below the table, bar charts visualize the total number of violations and violation rates for each responsible party, offering a quick reference for trend analysis.
