The Responsible Party Detail Report provides an in-depth breakdown of corrective actions assigned to responsible parties during inspections. Unlike the Responsible Party Summary Report, which offers a statistical overview, this report presents detailed data on specific violations and their frequency over a given timeframe (defaulting to the last 12 months).

Each responsible party has their own individual sheet, with inspection categories structured as separate tables within that sheet. The report includes:

  • Inspection categories, each displayed as a distinct table

  • Specific violations listed in the far-left column

  • Frequency of occurrence for each violation in the column to the right

  • Grand total of all negative observations assigned, shown at the bottom of each sheet


Available Filters

To refine the data, users can apply the following filters:

  • Date Range

  • User (Inspector)

  • Checklist

  • Company

  • Group

  • Inspection Name

  • Contact Name

  • General Contractor

  • Division

  • Location

  • Custom Filters (if applicable)


Common Applications

This report is commonly used to evaluate performance, similar to the Responsible Party Summary Report, but with a more detailed view of corrective actions. It is particularly useful for:

  • Identifying recurring safety issues per responsible party

  • Tracking trends in corrective actions assigned

  • Providing detailed documentation for compliance audits and safety assessments

By offering a granular view of assigned corrective actions, this report helps organizations improve accountability, enforce safety standards, and drive corrective action strategies.
