Reports: CAT Status Report
Updated over 2 months ago

The CAT Status Report is a hybrid performance report designed to provide a comprehensive view of Corrective Action Items (CATs) by consolidating data from multiple sources. This report pulls key elements from three other reports:

  • Inspection Detail Report

  • CAT Summary by Inspection

  • Safety Score Report

By integrating data from these sources, the CAT Status Report allows users to track corrective actions with greater efficiency and clarity.

Report Structure

Each row in the report represents items from an individual inspection, with columns arranged from left to right as follows:

  • Inspection Name (leftmost column)

  • Inspection Date

  • Number of Open Items

  • Days to Close the Most Recent Item

  • Custom Fields (if applicable)

  • Performance Percentages

  • Direct Link to the Inspection Report

  • Checklist

  • Company

  • Group

  • Inspection Name

Common Applications

As the newest addition to the suite of Corrective Action Tracking reports, the CAT Status Report is designed to streamline monitoring efforts for administrators and safety managers.

Rather than manually piecing together open negative observation items from multiple reports, this single consolidated view allows for efficient tracking and analysis. Key benefits include:

  • Enhanced visibility into outstanding corrective actions

  • Faster decision-making with easy access to inspection status and closure timelines

  • Improved accountability for responsible parties and project teams

  • More efficient compliance tracking to ensure corrective actions are addressed promptly

By providing a one-stop resource for monitoring corrective action status, the CAT Status Report empowers organizations to proactively manage safety compliance and drive continuous improvement.
