After making checklist changes, instruct inspectors to update their app:
Ensure they are in an area with good internet coverage.
Switch the app to ‘Online’ mode.
Go to the ‘Config’ tab and select ‘Download’.
Run the ‘Download Default Databases’ function:
If given the option, select ‘Full’ instead of ‘Incremental’.
