Customizing Safety Reports Inspections Checklists - Questions

Steps to Modify Questions

  1. Go to "Standard Checklist Maintenance".

  2. Choose the Inspection List, then click Go.

  3. Click the ‘Inspection Item’ tab instead of ‘Category’.

  4. Select a Category from the dropdown and click Go.

  5. Use checkmarks to show or hide questions:

    • ✅ Checked = Visible

    • ❌ Unchecked = Hidden

  6. Click “Update Selected Items” to save changes.

  7. To add a custom question:

    • Click ‘New Custom Item’

    • Fill in the required fields following the ‘Yes’ = Positive / ‘No’ = Negative structure.

    • Add external links if applicable (must not be behind a firewall).

Click ‘Add/Update’ to save the question.
