Steps to Edit a Question
Select the question from the dropdown.
Click ‘Edit Inspection Item’.
Make necessary changes and click ‘Update’.
Important:
Editing an item overwrites the existing entry in reports.
To preserve the old question, uncheck it and create a new version instead.
⚠️ Important: This guide applies only to the Inspections App in Safety Reports. The steps and features described do not apply to other apps, including:
Forms App, JSA App, Observations App, Incident App, Incidents App, Safety Scan App, Training App.
