Customizing behaviors in Safety Reports allows organizations to track specific actions that contribute to safety incidents. Follow these steps to add and manage custom behaviors.
Step 1: Log in to Your Safety Reports Admin Page
Access your Safety Reports Admin page using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Incidents Section
Click on Incidents in the grey navigation bar at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Select Behaviors Maintenance
On the far-left side of the screen, choose Behaviors Maintenance to manage and customize behaviors.
Step 4: Click “Custom”
Select the Custom option to begin creating new behavior entries.
Step 5: Add a New Behavior
Click "Add New Behavior" to open the behavior entry form.
Step 6: Enter Behavior Details
Provide the necessary information for the behavior, including its name and description.
Step 7: Submit the Behavior
Click Submit to save the new behavior and make it available for reporting in safety incidents.
