Step 1: Log in to Your Safety Reports Admin Page
Access your Safety Reports Admin page using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Incidents Section
Click on Incidents in the grey navigation bar at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Select OSHA 300 Log
On the far-left side of the screen, click on OSHA 300 Log from the available options.
Step 4: Add a New OSHA 300 Log
Click the "Add New OSHA 300 Log" button to create a new entry.
Step 5: Enter OSHA 300 Information
Fill in the required details related to the incident, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Once all information is entered, click Update to save the log.
