The OSHA 301 Log is an essential document for recording detailed information about workplace injuries and illnesses. Follow these steps to add an OSHA 301 Log in Safety Reports.

Step 1: Log in to Your Safety Reports Admin Page

Access your Safety Reports Admin page using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Incidents Section

Click on Incidents in the grey navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Select OSHA 301

On the far-left side of the screen, click on OSHA 301 from the available options.

Step 4: Add a New OSHA 301 Log

Click the "Add New OSHA 301" button to create a new entry.

Step 5: Enter Required Information

Fill in the necessary details related to the incident, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Step 6: Save the Log

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update to save the log.

By following these steps, you can efficiently document and manage OSHA 301 Logs within Safety Reports, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.
