User-Defined Fields (UDFs) allow you to add custom information to safety incidents, enhancing your ability to track and report on specific data relevant to your organization. Follow the steps below to configure UDFs for different incident types in your Safety Reports system.

1. Log in to Your Safety Reports Admin Page

Begin by logging into your Safety Reports Admin page with your credentials. This will give you access to all administrative functions, including the ability to set up UDFs for safety incidents.

2. Select Incidents

Once logged in, navigate to the grey bar at the top of the screen. Click on Incidents to access the area where safety incidents are tracked and managed.

3. Choose “Account Settings”

On the far left of the screen, find the Account Settings option in the navigation menu. This is where you can configure various settings, including UDFs for different incident types.

4. Select Incident Type

Within the Account Settings section, you will see a list of incident types. Choose the Incident Type for which you want to add or modify UDFs.

5. Add Information in the Five Fields Below and Save UDFs

Once you've selected your incident type, you will see five fields where you can enter custom data. Fill in the fields with the relevant information that you want to track for this incident type. After entering the details, click Save to apply your changes and save the UDFs.

6. Repeat for Each Incident Type

To configure UDFs for other incident types, repeat steps 4 and 5 for each type, entering the necessary custom data and saving your settings.

By following these steps, you can customize the tracking of safety incidents to fit the unique needs of your organization, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and accessible.
