The Safety Score Report provides an organized summary of the positive and negative responses for individual inspections, giving valuable insight into the safety and compliance performance of a site or client. This report is structured to display detailed data for each inspector, with key metrics that reflect the results of each inspection.

    • Number of negative observations

    • Safety score

    • Adjusted score (if severity ratings are taken into account)

  • Averages and totals are displayed at the bottom of each inspector’s table, with an overall summary for all inspectors at the bottom of the report.
