The Safety Score Report provides an organized summary of the positive and negative responses for individual inspections, giving valuable insight into the safety and compliance performance of a site or client. This report is structured to display detailed data for each inspector, with key metrics that reflect the results of each inspection.
Report Structure
Each inspector has a table created to show their individual inspection results.
The furthest left column lists the inspection name, followed by:
Inspection date
Number of positive observations
Number of negative observations
Safety score
Adjusted score (if severity ratings are taken into account)
Averages and totals are displayed at the bottom of each inspector’s table, with an overall summary for all inspectors at the bottom of the report.
