The Monthly Trending Report is designed to track and display trends in inspections, positive and negative observations, total observations, and their respective percentages on a month-over-month basis for a given time period (defaulting to the last 12 months).
The report begins with a table summarizing statistics, which are further visualized in graphs located below the table. Each row represents a specific month and year, while the columns show key metrics such as inspections and observations. The graphs include the following data:
Total Monthly Inspections
Positive Observations Monthly
Negative Observations Monthly
All Observations Monthly
Percentage of Positive Observations (safety score)
For the most accurate insights, it's recommended to run this report using full month date ranges (e.g., 1/1/2020 to 12/31/2020).
