Updated over 2 months ago

The Inspector Report by Month is designed to provide a monthly overview of the number of inspections and observations submitted by inspectors over a specified time period (defaulting to the last 12 months). Unlike the Inspector Activity Report, this report does not list individual inspections but instead aggregates the data on a monthly basis.

Each inspector's data is organized in a table, where each row represents a specific month. The columns display the following information for each month:

  • The number of inspections

  • The number of positive and negative observations

  • The percentage of positive observations

At the bottom of each column, totals are provided for the respective metrics. Grand totals for all inspectors are displayed at the bottom of the report, giving an overall view of inspector performance across the selected time period. For the most accurate insights, it's recommended to run this report using full month date ranges (e.g., 1/1/2020 to 12/31/2020).
