The Company Activity Report is designed to display statistics for inspections conducted under a given 'Company' over a specified time period (defaulting to the last 12 months). The term 'Company' can refer to a literal company, client, department, location, or any other entity depending on the account setup.
The report is structured with each company name listed in the leftmost column, and the following columns provide data on:
The number of inspections
The number of positive observations
The number of negative observations
Percentages of positive observations for each month
At the bottom of the report, totals for each column are provided, summarizing the overall inspection activity.

Common Applications
The Company Activity Report is similar to the Inspection Activity Report in that it provides project- or client-specific statistics for inspections. This data can be used to evaluate the performance of a client, site, or other entities. Additionally, it serves as a tool to foster competition between locations, departments, or divisions (e.g., offering incentives like a pizza lunch to the location with the most inspections). The report is valuable for measuring success, tracking progress, and motivating teams.
