The Inspection Activity Report is designed to track inspections conducted under the same name on multiple occasions within a given time period (defaulting to the last 12 months). This report is structured similarly to the Inspector Activity Report, with the inspection name listed in the leftmost column, and the associated data organized across the following columns. These columns display:

  • The company under which the inspection was conducted

  • The number of inspections

  • The number of observations

At the bottom of the report, totals for each column are provided, offering a comprehensive view of inspection activity.


Available Filters

Users can apply the following filters to customize the report:

  • Date Range

  • User (Inspector)

  • Checklist

  • Company

  • Group

  • Inspection Name

  • Contact Name

  • General Contractor

  • Division

  • Location

  • Custom Filters (if applicable)


Common Applications

This report is especially useful for clients using Job Bank, as it enables the gathering of project-specific statistics by job name. It provides valuable insights into inspection activity across different projects, allowing for more targeted performance analysis and reporting.
