Report Structure
The far-left column lists the inspector's name.
The second column from the left contains the inspection name.
Columns from left to right display details such as:

Checklist standard used
Company & location information
Custom fields (if used) appear as additional columns, with blank spaces if no custom fields are applied.
Safety score details and a direct link to the inspection report are included in the far-right columns.
