The Severity Rating Detail Report is a checklist-specific performance report designed to analyze severity ratings assigned to negative inspection items. This report provides detailed insights into how severity ratings are distributed across specific checklist standards within a defined time period.

The report is structured into individual tables, where:

  • Each category has its own table

  • Individual inspection items appear as rows

The report consists of two primary tabs:

  1. Severity Breakdown Tab

    • Displays each inspection item type as a row

    • Columns indicate the assigned severity levels (e.g., N/A through Catastrophic, or a custom severity scale)

    • Shows how many times each severity level was applied within the selected date range

  2. Statistical Rollup Tab

    • Provides an aggregate view of how frequently each severity rating was assigned across all inspections
