Adding JSA to Bank
Updated over 2 months ago

Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is an essential tool for identifying and managing potential hazards in the workplace. By adding JSAs to your JSA Bank within the Safety Reports system, you can ensure that critical safety protocols are stored and easily accessible. Follow these steps to add a JSA to your JSA Bank.

Step 1: Log In to Your Safety Reports Admin Page

To begin, log in to your Safety Reports Admin account. This grants you access to the system’s administrative features, including the ability to manage JSAs.

Step 2: Select JSA from the Grey Bar at the Top of the Screen

Once logged in, navigate to the grey navigation bar at the top of the screen. Click on the JSA option to access the Job Safety Analysis section.

Step 3: Choose JSA Bank Maint on the Far Left

On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a menu of options. Select JSA Bank Maint to open the section where you can manage the JSAs in your bank.

Step 4: Click on Add New JSA in the Right-Hand Corner

In the top-right corner of the JSA Bank Maint screen, click on the Add New JSA button. This will open a form where you can input details for the new JSA you wish to add.

Step 5: Fill in the Information for the JSA

Enter the required information for the new JSA, such as the title, description, and any other relevant details. Once all fields are completed, click the Add button to save the JSA to the system.

Step 6: Build Out the JSA

After adding the JSA to the bank, you can continue to build out the document by adding hazard identification, safety measures, and other necessary components. This ensures that the JSA is fully detailed and ready for use.

By following these steps, you can easily add a JSA to the Safety Reports JSA Bank, making it available for future use by your team. This process helps maintain organized, accessible safety documentation that supports a safe working environment.
