Asset Overview & Performance Reports for Safety Scan for Admin

The Asset Overview provides a real-time view of inspection history and asset status.

Viewing Inspection History

  1. In the Admin panel, go to Asset Overview.

  2. Filter results by Asset Type, Date, or Status.

  3. Click View next to an inspection to see details.

Generating Performance Reports

  1. In the Admin panel, go to Performance Reports.

  2. Select a Report Type (e.g., Failed Assets, Completed Inspections).

  3. Apply filters such as Location or Division.

  4. Click Run and then Download to export data.

Scheduled Reports can be set up for routine delivery via email.


⚠️ Important: This guide applies only to the Scan App in Safety Reports. The steps and features described do not apply to other apps, including:

Inspections App, Forms App, Observations App, Incident App, Incidents App, Safety JSA App, Training App.
