Account Settings in Safety Scan for Admins

Admins can set default email notifications for all corrective actions.

Configuring Account Settings

  1. Go to Account Settings in the Admin panel.

  2. Set a default email for corrective actions.

  3. Assign a default responsible party for all locations.

Click Save Account Settings.


⚠️ Important: This guide applies only to the Scan App in Safety Reports. The steps and features described do not apply to other apps, including:

Inspections App, Forms App, Observations App, Incident App, Incidents App, Safety JSA App, Training App.
