To better support Spanish-speaking employees, Safety Reports now offers Toolbox Talks and safety training documents translated into Spanish. These enhancements make critical safety information more accessible, improving communication and safety compliance on the jobsite.
Steps to Access Spanish Safety Trainings
Open the Safety Reports Training Library Navigate to the training library within the Safety Reports app.
Identify Translated Documents Look for titles marked with “ES” in the library. This indicates that the document is available in Spanish.
Use the EN/ES Toggle Open a training document and locate the language toggle at the top of the article. Switch between English (EN) and Spanish (ES) as needed.
Review Training in Spanish Once you switch to Spanish, the document’s content will appear in Spanish. Employees can now review the information in their preferred language.
