Adding Multiple Responsible Parties for Safety Incidents

Managing responsible parties for safety incidents ensures that the right individuals are notified and can take appropriate action. Follow these steps to add multiple responsible parties to a location in Safety Reports.

Step 1: Log in to the Admin Page

Access your Safety Reports Admin page using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Incidents Section

Click on Incidents in the grey navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Open Location Maintenance

On the far-left side of the screen, select Location Maintenance from the available options.

Step 4: Select the Location

Find the location you want to manage responsible parties for. Click Edit in the corresponding row to open the location’s settings.

Step 5: Assign Responsible Parties

A list of Available Responsible Parties will be displayed in a box on the left.

  • Select the individuals you want to assign to this location.

  • Use the green arrow to move them to the Selected box on the right.

Step 6: Save the Changes

Once you have added all the necessary responsible parties to the Selected box, click the green Submit button at the bottom of the page to save your selections.

Step 7: Incident Reporting

When an incident is reported at the location, the assigned responsible parties will automatically be notified.

Step 8: Email Notification

Each responsible party will receive an email with the Incident Report PDF attached, ensuring they stay informed and can take necessary action.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage responsible parties for incident reporting in Safety Reports, keeping your organization’s safety procedures streamlined and effective.
