How to Print an Incident Report

Learn how to print a blank incident report to fill out by hand or print a completed report.

You can print two types of incident reports from the Safety Reports platform:

  • A blank incident report to fill out by hand.

  • A completed incident report that has already been submitted in the system.

โš ๏ธ Note: You must be logged in with an Admin account to access print options.


Option 1: Print a Blank Incident Report to Fill Out by Hand

Use this option if you need a blank form for field use or offline completion.

  1. Click the Incidents tab in the top menu bar.

  2. In the left-side navigation, click Incidents under the Dashboard section.

  3. On the right side of the page, go to the Incident Printout section and use the dropdown to select a report type:

    1. Injury

    2. Illness

    3. Near Miss

    4. Vehicle

    5. General Liability

    6. Property

  4. Click the Select button.

  5. Click the green Open (Incident Type) link that appears below the dropdown.

  6. When the blank report opens in a new tab, click the printer icon in the top-right corner to print.

Tip: You can also use the download icon to save the report as a PDF.


Option 2: Print a Completed Incident Report

Use this option to print a finalized report for recordkeeping or compliance.

Note: Make sure your browser window is expanded to full screen to see all editing options.

  1. Click the Incidents tab in the top menu bar.

  2. In the left-side navigation, click Incidents under the Dashboard section.

  3. Find the incident you want to print and click the edit icon next to an incident that is in Submitted status.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Regenerate PDF.

  5. When the completed report opens in a new tab, click the printer icon in the top-right corner to print.

Note: You will only see the "Regenerate PDF" button for incidents that have been submitted.
