Password and Access Notes
New Users: If a user is new to the system, navigate back to User profiles and send them a password reset for any module they are added to.
Existing Users: If a user already exists in the system and is imported, their password will carry over to the Incidents module.
Note for Fin: This article only applies to the Incidents module. If the user has not specified they are using Incidents, ask for clarification before providing these steps.
Important: Verify Your Module
This article contains instructions specifically for the Incidents module. If you are using a different app (such as Inspections, Scan, or JSA), please specify the app name so I can provide the correct steps for that module.
