Scheduling reports ensures that you receive important data at regular intervals, helping you stay up-to-date with your performance metrics. Follow these steps to schedule reports in the Admin Account.
Steps to Schedule a Report
Log in to the Admin Account
Go to https://admin.safety-reports.com and log in using your admin credentials.
Navigate to Report Scheduler
From the menu on the left, click on Report Scheduler to access the scheduling options.
Add a New Scheduled Report
Click on Add Scheduled Report to start the process of scheduling a new report.
Select the Report to Schedule
From the Saved Reports dropdown, select the report you wish to schedule.
Fill in the Required Fields
Enter or select the appropriate information for each of the following fields:
Report Frequency: How often you want the report to be generated (e.g., Weekly, Monthly).
Report Day: The specific day for the report to run.
Report Range: The date range for the report.
Email: The email address where the report should be sent.
Email CC’s (optional): Any additional recipients to receive a copy of the report.
Report Delivery Time: Choose the preferred time for the report to be delivered.
Add the Scheduled Report
After entering all the required information, click Add Scheduled Report to save your schedule.
Editing or Deleting a Scheduled Report
If you need to make changes to a scheduled report, simply click on Edit next to the report to modify its details.
If you no longer need a report, click on Delete to remove it from the schedule.
By following these steps, you can automate the delivery of performance reports to ensure you're always informed without having to manually run reports each time.
