Performance Reports allow administrators to track completed forms over a specific date range, providing insights into form submissions and user activity.
Running a Performance Report
1️⃣ Navigate to Performance Reports in the admin portal.
2️⃣ Select a date range to view completed forms.
3️⃣ Use filters to refine report results (see options below).
4️⃣ Run the report and review the generated data.
5️⃣ Optionally, save the report filters for future use.
Filtering Options
By default, reports display all data, but you can filter results by:
✅ User – View forms completed by a specific user.
✅ Form – Filter results for a particular form type.
✅ Company/Location – Narrow down reports to a specific location or business.
✅ Groups – Filter based on user or location groups.

Safety Reports offers different Date Range Methods to refine reports.
