Saving your performance reports allows for quick and easy access to regularly used data, making your workflow more efficient. Follow these steps to save reports in the Admin Account.
Steps to Save a Report
Log in to the Admin Account
Go to https://admin.safety-reports.com and log in using your admin credentials.
Navigate to Performance Reports
From the menu on the left, select Performance Reports to enter the report section.
Select Your Desired Report Type
Choose the report type from the Report Type dropdown menu.
Apply Filters
Modify any filter options to customize the report as per your needs.
Run the Report
Click the Run Report button to generate the report based on your selected filters.
Save the Report Settings
Once the report has loaded, click on Save Report Settings.
Select a Report Slot
Click on the Select dropdown menu to choose a report slot where you want to save the report.
Name the Report
In the Report Name field, enter a name for your report.
Update and Save
After naming the report, click Update to save it.
Accessing Saved Reports
Once you save a report, it will appear under My Saved Reports the next time you are in the Performance Reports tab.
Scheduling Reports
After saving a report, you can schedule it to run and be emailed to you on a weekly or monthly basis. Instructions for scheduling reports are available in the next section.
