Standard Menus (Available to all Enterprise Inspection Account Types)

  • Dashboard – Provides graphical data roll-up from inspections.

  • Inspection Maintenance – Start new inspections or review completed ones.

  • Custom and Standard Checklist Maintenance – Modify checklists by adding, editing, or hiding categories/questions.

  • Performance Reports – Run analytics reports based on inspection data.

  • Report Scheduler – Set up recurring email deliveries for performance reports.

  • Safety Documents – Manage safety documents (SDS, policies, etc.) for in-app access and report attachments.


Custom Menus

  • User Profiles – Edit user profile details.

  • Company Maintenance – Manage inspection companies.

  • User-Defined Settings – Modify app and report attributes (custom fields, logos, severity ratings, etc.).

  • Corrective Action Tracking – Oversee corrective actions generated from inspections.

  • Responsible Party – Manage responsible parties for the account.

  • Remote Sessions – Monitor and manage inspectors' remote sessions.

  • Procore & PlanGrid Settings – Configure integrations with Procore and PlanGrid.
