Standard Menus (Available to all Safety Observation Account Types)

  • Dashboard – Provides observation data roll-ups.

  • User Maintenance – Manage observer profiles.

  • Category Maintenance – Modify observation categories.

  • Responsible Party Maintenance – Oversee responsible parties.

  • Report Scheduler – Automate report distribution.

  • Observation Maintenance – Manage submitted observations.

  • Location & Cause Maintenance – Modify location and cause settings.

  • Observation Reports – Generate observation analytics.

  • Observation Settings – Configure app settings (positive/negative schema, geotagging, etc.).


⚠️ Important: This guide applies only to the Observations App in Safety Reports. The steps and features described do not apply to other apps, including:

Inspections App, JSA App, Forms App, Incident App, Incidents App, Safety Scan App, Training App.
