How to Track Employee Training

Tracking employee training is essential for ensuring compliance and maintaining records for future reference. The Safety Reports Admin page allows you to easily track training attendance and generate PDFs of training results. Follow the steps below to track employee training using the system.

Step 1: Log in to Your Safety Reports Admin Page

Start by logging into your Safety Reports Admin page. After successful login, you'll be directed to the main dashboard where all your account’s settings and reports are accessible.

Step 2: Select the ‘Training’ Tab

Once logged in, navigate to the grey bar at the top of the screen and select the ‘Training’ tab. This section contains all tools related to your training programs, including tracking and reporting features.

Step 3: Choose ‘Training Tracking’

On the far left of the screen, you will see an option for ‘Training Tracking’. Click on this to access the tools that allow you to view employee training records and attendance.

Step 4: Apply Filters and Press Search

In the Training Tracking section, you will be prompted to apply various filters, such as date range, training types, or employee names. Once you’ve selected your desired filters, click the ‘Search’ button to generate your results.

Step 5: View Filtered Results

The filtered results will appear, showing you the relevant training records. You can easily view employee attendance and see if they have completed the required training. Additionally, you can generate a PDF of the filtered results for printing or sharing by selecting the PDF option.


By following these steps, you can efficiently track employee training attendance and access detailed reports in Safety Reports. This feature helps you maintain organized training records and ensures your team stays up-to-date with their required training.
