Forms Maintenance & Customization:
1️⃣ Go to Forms Maintenance and click "Add New Form".
2️⃣ To edit sections/questions within a form, click the eye icon in the View Forms Items column.
3️⃣ To edit form settings, click the pen and pad icon in the Edit Form column.
Editing Form Settings:
Add a Form Name, Form Number, and a Default Email (if applicable).
Select a Form Type:
Numeric – For forms with a scoring system (values 1-5).
Standard – For forms with conditional questions and PDF/Excel reporting.
Customize layout, logos, headers, and cover form settings.
Customizing Safety Forms – Sections & Questions
Managing Sections:
🔹 Click "Add New Section" to create a section.
🔹 Click the edit icon to rename a section.
Managing Questions:
🔹 Click "View Forms Items" to edit questions.
🔹 Use the edit button next to a question to modify it.
🔹 Click "Need Help?" for information on different question types.
🔹 Follow-up questions are available only for certain question types.

Inspections App, JSA App, Observations App, Incident App, Incidents App, Safety Scan App, Training App.
