Access the FleetWatcher Chat / Help Center (Web)
Learn how to access FleetWatcher support, ask questions, and search the library of help articles and videos directly from the web platform.
Accessing Support
Start by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right of any FleetWatcher page to open the chat window.
At the bottom of the chat window, you will see Home, Messages, and Help.
Home is the default screen.
Click Messages, then click "Ask a question" to start chatting with Arlo, our friendly chatbot.
Click Help to access the full help center with articles and videos on how to use FleetWatcher. Use the search box to find specific topics.

Accessing Support
From the homescreen, click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to open the chat window.
Click “Ask a question.”
On the next screen, use the message box at the bottom of the screen to ask your question.
Click Help to access the full help center's articles and videos.
Busy Busy
Access the Busy Busy Chat / Help Center (Web)

Accessing Support
start by clicking the word Support on the bottom left side of the screen.
A Support window will open.
Click Chat. The window will close, and a chat window will open from the bottom right corner of the webpage.
On the bottom of the chat window, you will see Home, Message, and Help.

Click Message, then click “Ask a question” to start chatting with Arlo, our friendly chatbot.
Click Help to access the full help center with articles and videos on how to use Busy Busy.
Use the search box to find specific articles.

Accessing Support
Tap on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
On the side panel, scroll down until you see "Support" and tap Support.
Tap Chat to access Arlo, our friendly chatbot.
Tap “Ask a question.” This screen will show preselected questions. If you have a specific question, tap “Something Else.” This will open the chat window where you will enter your question at the bottom of the screen.
Click Help Center to access the full Help Center with articles and videos on how to use Busy Busy.
Use the search box to find specific articles.
ToolWatch
Access the ToolWatch Chat / Help Center (Web)
Learn how to access ToolWatch support, ask questions, and search the library of help articles and videos directly from the web platform.
Accessing Support
Select the Messenger icon in the bottom right corner of the System Dashboard to open the Help Center.
If you are in any other section of ToolWatch, select the "?" icon in the top right header and choose Chat.
Select Ask a question to type a specific inquiry or choose from a list of general support topics.
Select Search for help to browse the library of instructional articles and videos directly within the platform.
Access the ToolWatch Chat / Help Center (Mobile)
Accessing the ToolWatch Help Center within the mobile app is not a feature at this time.
SafetyReports
Access the SafetyReports Chat / Help Center (Web)

Accessing Support
Select the Messenger icon in the bottom right corner to open the Help Center.
