If you have forgotten your password to log into your Admin and App accounts in Safety reports please follow the instructions below
Managing passwords and accessing accounts across AlignOps platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications, is straightforward. This guide provides general guidelines, specific instructions for modules like Inspections and Observations, and troubleshooting tips for common login issues.
Application Password Reset:
When logging into your account, you can click the forgot password link and it will walk you through how to reset your passwords there
Note that accessing web and mobile apps for Inspections requires an active user account and the associated email and password. Admin account logins are separate and can be reset directly from the admin login screen if needed.
Additionally under Inspections once you’ve logged in you can Click into the configuration tab on the bottom right. From there you can update the password. None of the other Safety Reports apps allow for a password reset at least post login.
For users with access to Inspections and Observations, the SR All-in-One mobile app provides a convenient way to manage accounts. Install the app, select the desired module, and use the password reset emails to set or update your passwords. You can set the same password for both modules for convenience.
Click into the SR universal application
Click on the individual app/module you would like to log into
Enter your email address
Leave your password box blank
Below the login button you will see a reset password link Click that.
You will then see a pop up notification stating an email has been sent to you.
Please use the link in the email to reset your password.
Additionally, for the SR All-in-One mobile app, install the app from the platform’s app store, open it, and select the Inspections or Observations module to log in. Ensure you use the password reset emails sent for each module to set your passwords.
