Reports: Open Jobs Report

The Open Jobs Report is designed to track inspection jobs that have been started in the field or assigned on the web but have not been completed and submitted by the inspector within a specified time period (defaulting to the last 12 months).

The report is presented as a table, with the following columns:

  • The inspection name in the far left column

  • The inspector assigned to each inspection in the center column

  • Company name, site contact, and the date of assignment in the subsequent columns

At the top of the page, the report provides an overview of the total number of assigned, open, and closed inspections, along with a percentage completion rate.


Available Filters

Users can customize the report by applying the following filters:

  • Date Range

  • User (Inspector)

  • Checklist

  • Company

  • Group

  • Inspection Name

  • Contact Name

  • General Contractor

  • Division

  • Location

  • Custom Filters (if applicable)


Common Applications

The Open Jobs Report is primarily used to monitor whether inspectors are completing their assigned inspections. It helps identify inspections that may have been left incomplete and provides insight into the completion status of ongoing tasks. This report is essential for ensuring that inspection workflows are progressing as planned and that no jobs are overlooked or delayed.
