The Web Inspection App allows users to assign responsible parties to inspections directly from their browser.
Steps to Add Responsible Parties in the Web Inspection App:
Log in to your User Account on the web.
In the Recent Inspections section, click on the blue link showing the title of the inspection.
Click the Edit Inspection hyperlink in the top right corner of the page.
Highlight one or more Responsible Parties in the Available column.
Click the grey >> arrow button to move them to the Selected column.
Click the grey Update Job button at the bottom to save the changes.
Important Notes for Administrators:
Ensure that only individuals who will be involved in the inspection process are named as Responsible Parties to avoid confusion and prevent emails from being mistakenly flagged as spam.
All email notifications sent from Safety Reports are legitimate and should be treated as official communication.
