Customizing controls within your Job Safety Analysis (JSA) system is an essential step in ensuring safety protocols are suited to your specific needs. The following guide will show you how to customize and add new safety controls within the Safety Reports Admin Page.
Step 1: Log In to Your Safety Reports Admin Page
Begin by logging into your Safety Reports Admin account. This will allow you to access all the necessary tools to manage and customize your JSA controls.
Step 2: Select JSA Along the Grey Bar at the Top of the Screen
Once logged in, look for JSA in the grey navigation bar at the top of the screen and click on it. This will direct you to the Job Safety Analysis section where you can customize and maintain your JSAs.
Step 3: Choose JSA Control Maint on the Far Left
On the left-hand side of the screen, find and select JSA Control Maint. This section will allow you to manage and customize the safety controls associated with your Job Safety Analysis.
Step 4: Click on Custom
In the JSA Control Maint section, click on the Custom option. This will give you access to create and modify custom controls for your specific safety needs.
Step 5: Click Add New Control
After selecting Custom, click on the Add New Control button. This will open up a form where you can enter details for your new safety control.
Step 6: Add Information for the Control and Click Submit
Fill in the required information for the control, such as the control’s description, procedures, and any relevant details. Once all the necessary information has been added, click Submit to save your new customized control.
