Adding a new training event to the Safety Reports Safety Training System is a straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through it:
Log into Your Safety Reports Admin Page
Start by logging into your Safety Reports admin page using your credentials.Navigate to the Training Section
On the top of the screen, you'll see a grey bar. Click on Training to begin the process of setting up your training event.Select Training Events
On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll find the option Training Events. Click on it to proceed.Add a New Training Event
At the far-right of the Training Events screen, click the Add New Training Event button to create a new event.Choose Event Type
From the Event Type dropdown menu, select Future Event if you are scheduling an event that will happen in the future. This will allow you to set the date for the event and choose other details for the training.Set Meeting Date and Course Type
Enter the Meeting Date for when the training will occur. Ensure that the Course Type is set to Toolbox Talk. You can also select the Trainer from the dropdown and use the Search Toolbox Talks box to type in a keyword related to the content you want to train on.Search for Toolbox Talks
After entering your keyword, click the Go button on the right-hand side. This will bring up a list of relevant Toolbox Talks available in the system.Select Your Toolbox Talk
Browse through the available options and select the Toolbox Talk you wish to assign to the training event. Be aware that talks available in Spanish will have an “ES” tag next to them, and those with videos will feature a small camera icon.
By using the search feature, you can quickly find the right Toolbox Talk content for your event. Once selected, you can proceed with assigning the talk and further details to the event.
This simple and efficient process ensures you can easily schedule and prepare for any upcoming training sessions in the Safety Reports Safety Training System.
