Introduction

The Safety Scan product in the Safety Reports Enterprise System is an asset-based inspection system that allows users to inspect equipment using QR codes or by manually entering a unique equipment ID. Inspection results are stored in the cloud for easy review by web administrators. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on setting up and managing Safety Scan, including asset setup, checklist creation, barcode generation, and performance reporting.
