Why Offline Mode Was Added
Job sites often suffer from poor connectivity, whether due to remote locations, steel buildings, or interference from heavy machinery. An unreliable internet connection should never prevent workers from completing critical safety documentation.
What Is SafetyReports’ Offline Mode?
SafetyReports' Offline Mode allows users to access, fill out, and save safety forms without needing an internet connection. This ensures that essential safety documentation can be completed anytime, anywhere.
How Offline Mode Works:
Enable Offline Mode Before Losing Service
Open the Safety Forms app.
Navigate to Settings and locate the Online toggle button.
Click the toggle to Enable Offline Mode.
The system will download all available Safety Reports forms to your device.
Complete Safety Forms While Offline
Fill out forms as usual.
Attach photos, capture signatures, and request corrective actions, just like in online mode.
Sync and Submit Forms When Back Online
Return to Settings and toggle Offline Mode back to Online.
Your completed forms will sync and submit automatically.
With Offline Mode, safety reporting remains seamless, even in areas with poor or no connectivity. No delays, no missing paperwork—just smooth, reliable safety documentation.
