Safety Scan supports QR codes for asset tracking. If your organization already uses barcodes, assets can be assigned to existing barcode numbers.
Generating QR Codes for Assets
In the Admin panel, go to Equipment Barcode Maintenance.
Click Customize Barcodes to add a company logo.
Select label size (Avery 5630, 6570, or 6572).
Click Generate From Assets to create QR codes for existing assets.
Save as a PDF or individual image files for printing.
