Tasks are automatically created based on inspection frequency but cannot be individually assigned.
Routes, on the other hand, allow administrators to assign inspections to specific users.
Creating an Equipment Route
- Go to Routes > Add New Equipment Route. 
- Name the route and assign a User Group, Shift, and Start Date. 
- Select Daily or another frequency. 
- Click View Item List to add or reorder assets. 
Note: Routes override default checklists, so ensure that each asset type is linked to the correct checklist.
