User Profiles:
The Users tabs purpose is to classify each of your users. We offer three different user types:
Full users - A full user is a user who has a full license and access to the mobile app. This is where they can create and submit inspections
Sub User - A sub user is an individual who is limited to doing inspections that admin has assigned to them. Sub users won't have a start inspection button in the app, but they can do an inspection assigned to them.
Limited user - A limited user is where a user is only allocated a certain number of inspections as a full user per month and once the limit is reached they will have to wait till the month renews to do more. This is a special case scenario and can only be utilized as a paid portion of the application.
User groups:
The User Group tabs purpose is to group users together in bulk:
This is helpful for companies who operate in different areas/states. You can add groups and classify them by state or area. Then you can pull data to the specific people in that group.
This function essentially allows you to run reports on a group basis versus an individual basis.
Checklists:
The Checklists tabs purpose is to give a group of users access to checklists in bulk:
This option allows a group to move users in bulk versus doing it per user under the user tab.
For example: If you need 50 users to have access to a certain checklist you can do this here.
Import users:
The Import User tab is there for admins to add users in bulk.
As an admin you can import a list of users to your inspections module. We do require a CSV and there is a template that we suggest using. For information on the template please reach out to our support team.
Additionally you can have our support team assist in getting this created and imported.
