How to Create an Inspection (App)

Please see the steps below to create an inspection on the Safety Reports Inspections App:

  1. Click into the Safety Reports All in One App

  2. Log in to your Inspections module

  3. Click the Start New button

  4. If you have jobs in the job bank you will be able to select Job Bank Group (if groups are set up) and a Job Bank Job

    • Please note: Once you select a Job Bank Group if there is only one it will automatically select that job bank job

    • When using Job Bank, after selecting the jobsite/location from the Job Bank Job dropdown, you can select 'add/save' to move on to the checklist

    • If you do not have Job Banks set up, please move to the next step.

  5. Fill in the Inspection Name (this is required)

  6. Add an Inspection Date

    • Please note: this is generally the day they are completing the inspection.

  7. Select you Input mode:

    • Check Mark:

    • Numeric:

  8. Choose your Inspection List from the drop down list

  9. Choose the Company Name (This is required, but won’t change or allow for change if you only have one company listed)

  10. These fields are optional Inspection details that can be added:

    • Division

    • Location Description

    • Site Contact

    • Position/Title

    • Contractor

    • Project Manager

    • Dept Manager

    • Constr Manager

    • Description/Scope of Work

  11. Click Add/save

    • Once Added you will be prompted to complete the inspection.
