Updated over a week ago

Please see the steps below to complete an inspection on the Safety Reports Inspections module within our All In One App:

  1. Click into the Safety Reports All in One App

  2. Log in to your Inspections module

  3. Either click the Start New button or select an inspection from the Inspection list

  4. Based on the Inspections Checklist that was assigned to this inspection you will have categories to follow and complete with a rating of Poor, Fair, or Good.

    • These ratings will update based on the Inspection Items score within each category.

    • Fill out any category that is applicable to the inspection you are completing. Please note: For scoring purposes, it is based on the total number of inspection items(questions) answered.

      • For example: If there were 10 total inspection items answered and 9 were positive it would be a 90% score overall. Only inspection items answered(either yes or no) are counted toward the overall score.

  5. Under each category you will see a list of Inspection Items that can be checked.

  6. Select either Yes or No next to each item that is applicable to the inspection.

  7. If you check yes, you can do the following but it is not required:

    • Add Pictures by clicking the Camera box or the Gallery box

    • Add an Instance*

      • The add instance allows an Inspector to make multiple observations on the same inspection item.

      • For example: If the inspection item is 'PPE worn', the Inspector could have seen 3 people wearing PPE(positive) and 2 people not(negative). They can add an instance of each one of those to give credit for all the good 'and' bad they saw for the same inspection item.

    • Add Notes on the specific scenario and mark the note as important.

    • Additionally you can view recommendations for the situation, by clicking the hyperlink.

    • Once you have, if you have, completed this you can click the Update Box

  8. If you check no, you can do the following but it is not required:

    • Add Pictures by clicking the Camera box or the Gallery box

    • Add an Instance*(see definition and example above in step 7)

    • Add Notes on the specific scenario and mark the note as important.

    • Confirm whether it was immediately corrected or not by checking or leaving the box next to Immediately Corrected blank

    • Add a Severity Rating

    • Add a Contributing Factor

    • Additionally, you can view recommendations for the situation, by clicking the hyperlink.

    • Responsible Parties

      • Can only be added if a responsible party is set up prior to the inspection.

        • Adding a responsible party can only be done on the admin side.

    • Once you have, if you have, completed this you can click the Update Box

  9. Once you have completed the categories and the inspection items listed you can click Submit.

  10. Clicking submit will trigger you to complete the next steps:

    • Leave the box next to your email checked if you to send a copy of this inspection to yourself

      • If you do not want a copy of this sent to you please uncheck this box and only check the Company Contact box.
