Important: Verify Your Module
This article contains instructions specifically for the Scan module. If you are using a different app (such as Inspections, JSA, or Forms), please specify the app name so I can provide the correct steps.
Before You Begin
If the user profile previously existed, contact SR Support to reactivate the profile rather than creating a new one.
You must have Scan Admin privileges to manage users.
If you are not a Scan Admin, contact SR Support to enable these privileges.
Your company Scan Admin must approve your admin access before SR Support can enable it.

Password and Access Notes
New Users: If a user is new to the system, navigate back to User profiles and send them a password reset for any module they are added to.
Existing Users: If a user already exists in the system, their password will carry over to any module they are added to.
Note for Fin: This article only applies to the Scan module. If the user has not specified they are using Scan, ask for clarification before providing these steps.
